Virtual Summer Camps

Summer at home doesn’t have to be boring! Our French language camps feature live video classes with experienced teachers who bring fun projects to life. All project materials are delivered to your door!

All camps will be taught in French via video call Monday through Friday, 9:30 a.m. – 10:30 a.m, with the exception of July 3. Each video class is limited to 10 participants.

The cost for each camp is $125 per session which includes all project materials delivered to your door prior to the start of camp. Registration for each week of camp is closed at 12 p.m. on the Tuesday before the start of camp.

Camps for Ages 4-7 with Julie

June 8 – June 12: Fairy Tales

June 15 – June 19: Natural Wonders

June 22 – June 26: Music, Dance and Movement

June 29 – July 2 (No class on July 3rd, week will be prorated): Mad Scientist

July 6 – July 10: Artful Exploration

July 13 – July 17 (Bastille Day Celebration on July 14): What is La Francophonie?

July 20 – July 24: Mythology

July 27 – July 31: Galaxy Expedition

Spaces limited! All camp sessions require a minimum of 4 participants and are capped at 10 participants.

Camps for ages 4-7 are suitable for students with no previous French experience.

June 15 – June 19: Mythology

June 22 – June 26: Modern Art

June 29 – July 2 (No class on July 3rd, week will be prorated): Science Week

July 6 – July 10: Lights, Camera, Action!

July 13 -July 17 (Bastille Day Celebration on July 14!): Exploring La Francophonie

July 20 – July 24: French Pop and Rock

July 27 – July 31: Destination Outer Space

Camps for ages 8-12 are best for students with previous French language experience.


Meet Our Teachers

Julie Merwin-Andreucci Julie Merwin recently graduated with a bachelor’s degree at Metropolitan State University of Denver. She is a native French and English speaker that has split her life between Denver and Corsica, France. Julie went to an international French immersion school in Denver and continued French lessons throughout her schooling. She has been a French nanny for five years and currently teaches a French immersion art class to a home school. Julie is an artistic person and takes pride in creating fun activities for children of all ages. She is so excited to begin this camp and teach the kids some French while having a good time.

Emmanuel Bidan Emmanuel was born in Laval, France. He has been teaching since 1990 and has experience teaching every elementary grade level Kindergarten through 5th grade. His leadership experience includes serving as Director of After School programs and Summer Camps at a Denver private school. Emmanuel has lead academic project teams to build curriculums for French schools in the US, and create a report card system for bilingual education, among other projects. In 1997, he completed a pedagogical and teacher trainer certificate program. When Emmanuel moved to Denver in 2001 with his family to join a bilingual school, he quickly became a passionate advocate for immersion education.
